Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

Customer Service Finance Specialist ( m/f/d)

Main responsibilities:

  • Interaction with internal functions to manage requests and ensure activities are performed on time in line with our policies and compliance
  • Managing approval of payment / invoice / write-offs
  • Manage 3rd party collection agencies and prepare information for our Legal department
  • Coordinate customer risk evaluation and order release process
  • Validation of payment terms / incentives / payment methods
  • Manage letters of credits and follow up as well as orders on hold
  • Handling of workflow, escalations and contact of stakeholders to support resolution of issues and clarifications
  • Monitor and coordinate collaboration with Service Support teams
  • Manage customer correspondence in case of escalations
Candidate requirements:

  • Formal degree in accounting or a comparable degree in commerce
  • Professional experience in Finance or related areas
  • Experience of working with customer interaction
  • Very good SAP skills (SD/ FI), MS Excel and MS Word
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Attention to detail (SOX controls and policies)
  • Good communication skills and team orientation
  • Good time management and priority setting
