Digital Learning Platform Developer / E-Learning Specialist (m|f|d)

Aufgaben

As a Digital Learning Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our talent development. You will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, and implementation of our digital Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning content. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conceptualization, development, and management of digital courses in the LMS, as well as related digital learning materials
• Designing interactive learning materials, videos, simulations, and other digital learning formats.
• Independent analysis, optimization, and expansion of training content on our internal learning platform "Leschaco Academy"
• Advancement and expansion of a global marketing strategy for the internal learning platform & content
• Incorporating gamification elements and other innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.
• Ongoing management of our global digital SharePoint, including creating e-learning content and video tutorials
• Reporting / visualizations for strategic analysis and enhancement of training materials

Profil

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in educational technology, instructional design or a related field of expertise
• Demonstrable experience in e-learning content development and digital learning platforms
• Creativity in designing engaging and effective learning materials.
• Good communication skills, initiative, as well as a structured and team-oriented work approach
• Best: Initial experience in process management, along with excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
• Proficiency with Office 365, ideally including SharePoint
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar audio/video editing software, and HTML knowledge is desirable
