Global Sea Logistics Healthcare Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role

We are looking for a Sea Logistics Healthcare Manager with focus on product management and business development in Europe. Preferable you have a background in Healthcare Sea Logistics, feel comfortable in an international and cross cultural business environment and you are eager to enable business growth through industry leading standards and solutions. The role will have a high focus on business development and customer facing activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively drive and support value creation activities with customers
• Resolve major customer escalations with the network and ensure good customer experience
• Support the business as Business Unit Sponsor for selected Global Healthcare Accounts as Co-Captain, build and maintain strong relationships with KAM and customer stakeholders
• Prepare, execute and follow up on Sea Carrier GxP audits together with QSHE. 
• Ensure audit readiness at all times and support during customer GxP audits
• Drive new product innovation and roll-out, e.g. x-dock, consolidation services, etc
  
  

Your Skills and Experiences

• Minimum 5-8 years working experience in the Sea freight industry 
• Reefer / Healthcare experience of advantage
• Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
• Teamplayer with good communication skills
• Problem solving and can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Good presentation skills in front of internal and external stakeholders across hierarchies 
• Business fluent in English – additional language(s) would be of advantage
• Willingness to travel
